We continue to take care of our guests as they are our priority.

At the Petit Miramar Hotel we like to take care of our guests and we always think of the best for them. We want you to feel at home and that is why, now more than ever, health is the most important thing.

We have implemented protocols that include the redesign of the cleaning and hygiene processes in order to protect, care for and guarantee the safety of everyone, both customers and workers. This rigorous and exhaustive protocol has earned the certification of the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality.

  • We have increased the amount of disinfection in the rooms and the frequency of cleaning in common areas (including doorknobs, elevator buttons and any other common-use surface).

  • All room keys will be disinfected before use.

  • Use of viricidal disinfectants for cleaning all surfaces.

  • Room ventilation will be maximized.

  • The rotation of the rooms will be increased so that 3 days pass between the stay of one client and another.

  • Cleaning and maintenance services will be carried out with individual protection equipment (mask and gloves) and always when the client is out of the room.

  • Decorative objects and stationery in the rooms will be eliminated as much as possible.

  • All blankets and pillows in the cabinets will be stored in protection bags.

  • The Buffet Breakfast has been changed to an “à la carte” Breakfast served at the table.

  • Hydroalcoholic gel will be available in all common areas (entrance, reception, waiting areas, elevator entrance, dining room, terrace …)

  • Modification of the Reception with protection screens and signaling to guarantee the safety distance.

  • The capacity of all common areas has been reduced, indicating it properly.

  • Gloves, masks and thermometer at the client’s disposal, upon request.

  • High temperature machine washing of all bedding, glassware and dinnerware.

  • All cleaning products comply with the health guarantees against the virus and have a health registry.

  • The use of electronic means is recommended to make any payment, in order to minimize contact.

  • Systems for Express check-in and check-out are being implemented and will be available within 1 year. Meanwhile, the possibility of requesting invoices and making the payment through the online platform is offered.

  • Our team receives continuous training & update to apply the security measures.

  • For the realization of events and catering service, the distancing and protection measures of the attendees will be respected at all times, as well as the special measures stipulated by the health authorities.

New Reservations

In addition to all the taken measures to guarantee maximum health security, we have made our cancellation policies more flexible so that you can make your travel plans with absolute peace of mind.

With our special web rate you can cancel free of charge until the day before of arrival so that, if you are unable to travel, you can cancel for free. Remember that you must notify the Hotel within the established period.

In the event that the Hotel remains CLOSED or that you are unable to make your trip due to justified FORCE MAJEURE reasons, you can choose two options, regardless of the rate or type of reservation you will make, refundable or non-refundable.

Option A: Keep your reservation deposit until December 31, 2021.
How do you have to do it? Send a message to reservas@petitmiramar.com with your reservation information and indicating the new dates of your reservation, if you have decided on other specific dates, or a BONUS if you have not decided the dates.

Option B: Only in case the Hotel remains closed, you are affected by the Covid-19 disease or the state of sanitary alert or confinement has been decreed, can you receive a full refund. To do this, send an email to reservas@petitmiramar.com with the details of your reservation justifying the reasons of your request. Remember that these requests will be managed by entry date. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

If you have a reservation made through a third party, please contact them directly so they can help you.

HOTEL MIRAMAR VALENCIA

The Hotel Miramar was the first hotel that was created on the Playa de Las Arenas (Cabanyal) in Valencia, a charming building from the 1920s built on an old “merendero” was installed every summer over the sand in the best location on the beach . A bright lobby, 22 fully equipped rooms, its Sabbia Restaurant, with a terrace on the promenade and a roof terrace with a solarium and a summer bar, provide a harmonious, warm, comfortable and practical environment for the modern traveler. Its location on the same beach, next to the Marina of the Port of Valencia and a step away from the City of Sciences and the historic center of Valencia, make the Hotel Miramar a city hotel, but on the beach.

    ADAPTER PLUGS. Electric adapter plugs are available at the front desk (deposit required).

    BABIES. The Hotel has baby-cots for our little guests up to 4 years old. You can request it when making your reservation or at Reception

    BATH AMENITIES. We have carefully selected our amenities, inspired by the Mediterranean sun, the aroma, color and atmosphere of our land.
    If you need any other personal care product, you can request it at Reception or to your housekeeper.

    BEACH TOWELS. You can take one from reception leaving a 10 € deposit. The deposit will be returned when you give it back.

    BREAKFAST. Our breakfast a la carte: the best way to start your day. We have selected the healthiest products and different toasts at your choice.  From 08:30 am to 10:30 am

    CONCIERGE. Leisure information (museums, current cultural events) and our best-address selection are available at the front desk.

    CHECK OUT. Your room will be available up to 12.00pm on the day of departure. If you wish to keep your room longer, please contact the front desk on the eve of departure (dial 100).

    HOUSEKEEPING. Housekeeping takes place between 9.00am and 2.00pm. If the service is not required, please hang the Do Not Disturb card on your room’s door handle. Our housekeepers and cleaners are available regarding the comfort of your room (extra pillows, blankets or towels).

    IRONING SERVICE. You will be able to pick up your iron and ironing board at the Reception. For this service, please contact Front Desk (ext 100)

    LAUNDRY SERVICE. If you need to use our Laundry Service, please contact the Maid or Front Desk (ext 100). Use the Laundry Bag that you will find in your room.

    LA TERRAZA DEL MIRAMAR solárium & cocktail bar
    In the 4th floor of the Hotel. The blue horizon is awaiting you, relax in your hammock and taste a good cocktail or an appetizer. Solarium opened all year, until 20:00 h.
    Cocktail Bar opened from May to October, Wednesday to Sunday, from 17:00 to 24:00 hours.

    SAFE. Safes are available in guest rooms for your valuables. It works with the same room card, and programming instructions are on the safe door. All valuables and cash should be put in the safe. Do not forget to collect all the objects deposited in the safe when you leave and leave it open

    The Hotel has implemented an ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM based on three fundamental pillars: compliance with environmental regulations, continuous improvement and involvement of all interested parties (employees, clients, public administration, etc.).

    Please take the time to read the following information:

    The Hotel Miramar has a sophisticated fire alarm system that offers guests excellent protection. There are smoke detectors throughout the building, as well as automatic emergency lights in the event of a power outage. There are also fire extinguishers throughout the building. In the event of a fire, all stair doors are fire retardant and open in the evacuation direction and close naturally to protect guests at all times. Hotel staff receive regular training on what to do in the event of a fire.

    Once in your room, remember to look at the evacuation plan (behind your bedroom door). Includes safety instructions, evacuation routes, and emergency exits. Look for markers between your room and emergency exits (useful in case of reduced visibility or smoke).

    WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF FIRE

    Dial 100 to inform reception of the fire.  Close all doors and windows near the fire to prevent it from spreading. If you are far from a phone, break the glass on one of the red fire alarms. Don’t try to put out the fire. Get out of the building as quickly as possible and drop off all your luggage.

    IN THE EVENT OF FIRE IN YOUR ROOM

    Leave your room immediately and close the door and windows to prevent the fire from spreading. Then quickly sound the alarm (report it to reception or activate one of the red fire alarms in the hallway). This will help the personnel to control the fire as quickly as possible.

    IF YOU HEAR THE FIRE ALARM OR PEOPLE SHOUTING “FIRE!”

    Go to her bedroom door and place the palm of your hand over her. If the handle is hot, do not open the door. If you see flames or smoke coming from under the door, do not open the door: the air movement would increase the flames and put him in danger. In case the hallway leading to the staircase looks dangerous, stay in your room, close all doors. The doors are fire retardant. Put wet towels at the bottom of your bedroom door to increase the air tightness. If the phone works, dial 100 to inform reception that you are locked in your room. Show yourself in the window and wait for the firefighters.
    If the handle is cold and no smoke is getting under your bedroom door, open the door slowly and exit quickly. Leave all luggage behind. Close the door behind you to prevent the fire from spreading and protect your belongings.

    Note: the smoke in the hallway does not stop you from leaving; simply stay low and move on all fours. However, if the smoke is coming in under the door to your room, it means that the entire corridor is filled with smoke. In this case, stay in your room and wait for help to arrive.

    EVACUATION

    Head towards the nearest emergency exit by following the green lights above the doors. If there is smoke in the corridor, walk on all-fours. In heat and flames, the cooler air is near the ground. Move along the walls to find an emergency exit more easily. Never use the lifts during an evacuation, unless disabled (wheelchair).
    Go down to the ground floor. Hold onto the handrail at all times as you descend (safer and easier).
    If the nearest emergency exit is blocked, head towards the next one. If this alternative is not possible, shut yourself in the nearest room.
    Once on the ground floor, go to the meeting point at the hotel lobby. Watch out for traffic.

    DON’T FORGET!

    • In case of fire, please keep calm and inform the front desk immediately.
    • Never use the lifts.
    • Walk on all-fours in heat and flames (heat rises).
    • Do not open a door if smoke is coming in under it.
    • Never enter a smoke-filled room
    • Never go back
    • Never run (asphyxiation risk)
