    1. What is the check-in and check-out time?
      Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.
    2. What is the opening and closing time of the front desk?
      We operate the front desk the 24:00 hours.
    3. I want to stay longer in my room on departure date; is this possible and how much do you charge?
      We offer a Late Check-out service, upon availability, with an extra cost of 20€, allowing you to use the room until 18:00h with an extra cleaning service.
      If no rooms are available or you do not want to pay extra, you can leave your luggage in our storage area and use the spare bathroom to tidy yourself up and even take a shower.
    4. Can children stay? At what rate?
      Yes, children can stay, always accompanying parents. Children up to 4 years of age free stay as they share the bed with the parents. You can also ask for a baby cot, free of charge.
      Starting the 4 years of age, children will be provided with an extra bed for an extra charge of 25€/day. You should contact the Hotel directly for this service, as you cannot do it through any Agency.
    5. Is there a restaurant in the hotel? Can we book half board or full board?
      Yes, the hotel restaurant is Sabbia Restaurant.
      You can include breakfast with the price of your room, but we do not offer half board or full board, as there is a significant concentration of restaurants in the area, and our clients may prefer to choose a different restaurant every day. However, for hotel guests there is a special 10% discount in the restaurant (not applicable to special menus or drinks).
    6. Is Breakfast Buffet Breakfast?
      No, breakfast is an à la carte breakfast, served by waiters. It consists of a continental breakfast completed with 5 different types of toast to choose from.
    7. Are there any extra costs that I haven’t been told about?
      No, just remember that VAT is included in the prices that we always offer at the Hotel, but you should check your rate to see if breakfast is included in the price.
    8. Do you have internet access? Is it free for customers?
      Yes, we have a wi-fi connection throughout the hotel and it is totally free for customers. There is a tablet at reception desk, to use free of charge, if needed.
    9. Do you provide free-of-charge beach towels?
      We do provide beach towels, but we ask a deposit of 10.00 Euros per towel.
    10. How often do you clean the rooms?
      Every day, from 10.00 am to 15.00 pm.
    11. Where are the Hotel located?
      On the Promenade Seafront, on Las Arenas Beach, near Marina Real.
      At 5 min drive, from the City of Science and Arts and from the Real Club Nautico de Valencia.
      At 10 min drive from the Old Center of the City.
      At 15 min drive from IVAM and the Palace of Congress.
      At 20 min drive from the Exhibition Fair.
      At 25 min drive from the Airport, Saler´s Golf Course and Albufera National Park.
    12. Do you have a private beach?
      No, we do not have a private beach, although the beach in front of the hotel has sunbeds and umbrellas for rent.
    13. Is there public transport in the area?
      Yes, we are very good communicated with the city:
      Metro/tram:       Line 8, stop ¨Marina Real¨, Line 4, stop ¨Las Arenas¨
      Bus:                      92, 19, 32 and 95 all year long
    14. Is there a place to park the car?
      The Hotel has parking spaces in the neighboring Parking Neptuno. These places have a cost of 20 euros per day, with special prices for longer periods. Reservation required.
      In the area there is a large free and secure parking area. At certain times it can be difficult to find free places.
    15. I know that you have a very good restaurant in the hotel but are there any other good restaurants in the vicinity?
      There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance which we recommend and there are many more in the old city (5 km distance). Ask at the front desk for our suggestions.
    16. Do you allow pets?
      No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our facilities.
    17. Is it allowed to smoke in the rooms?
      No, it is not allowed to smoke in the rooms, though there is an area in the Rooftop for those who want to.
    18. Is there a jug to boil water in the rooms?
      Yes, the Superior and Sea View rooms have jugs to boil water with complimentary infusions and soluble coffee provided on the arrival. For the rest of the rooms, they are provided on request.
    19. Do you provide transfer from the airport?
